Kanary for Teams: Your Guide to Onboarding and Security

This guide will walk you through the seamless onboarding process for admins and explore the security features that make Kanary an essential tool for your team.

With the power of technology at our fingertips, protecting your personal information is more crucial than ever. Kanary helps you take control of your online privacy by removing your personal information from data brokers and other unwanted sources.

Key Features for Team Accounts

• Centralized Management: Appoint one or more admins to manage all team accounts, making it easy to onboard new members and monitor their progress.

• Advanced Reporting: Receive monthly reports on team activity, including exposures, removals, and pending actions.

• Free Mobile App: Enjoy the convenience of accessing your Kanary services anytime, anywhere, right at your fingertips.

• CSV exports: If you need more granular reporting on each member or want to merge Kanary's data with another source, you can request access to a CSV export feature. This is enabled upon request and is not on by default.

Onboarding Your Team as an Admin

1. Create Your Organization: Go to the Kanary website and click on the "For your team" button.

2. Enter Your Information: Fill in your organization's name, email address, and password.

3. Choose Your Plan: Select the enterprise plan that best suits your team's size and needs.

4. Select Plan and Billing: Choose your preferred plan (yearly or monthly) and select whether you want to be an admin-only or have full Kanary coverage. Then, add your payment details.

5. Start Inviting Your Team: Once you've set up your organization, you can start inviting your team members. Go to your admin page and click on "Invite Member."

6. Add Team Members: Enter their first name, last name, and email address. Review the invite draft and click "Send."

That's it! You've successfully set up your organization and invited your team members to Kanary. The entire process should take about 5 minutes. If you select autopay, you'll be able to start inviting your team right away.

• Monitor Progress: Keep track of your team's progress through the Kanary dashboard and provide any necessary support.
